The U.S. Forest Service is requesting quotations for a total small business set-aside contract to provide HVAC controller service and maintenance at El Portal & Catalina in El Yunque National Forest. The contractor will maintain building HVAC controllers in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition, including routine maintenance and all associated materials, labor, overhead, and profit under the manufacturer’s warranty. The contract will consist of a base year plus four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
