This contract covers frequent, year-round mowing, weeding, and general lawn maintenance at the Institute of Pacific Island Forestry office building and laboratory grounds. The work is needed because the previous full-time maintenance position is vacant and the prior landscape maintenance contract expired without renewal. Hawaii-based contractors will receive preference if their proposals are comparable in technical capability and price. Performance will take place at the Institute of Pacific Island Forestry grounds.
