Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract involves transporting and planting Government-furnished coniferous tree seedlings for reforestation on the Malheur National Forest. The work will be performed specifically within the Blue Mountain Ranger District and the Emigrant Creek Ranger District of that forest. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies, except for the seedlings themselves.
