This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, under # 1240BK25Q0080. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 115310 and the SmallBusiness Size Standard is $11.5 million. Description: The objective is to gather stocking level information on planted and natural conifer seedlings from plots established in stands on the Umpqua National Forest using the U.S. Forest Service Common Stand Exam Protocols, using a tablet running Android 11 operating system or newer to collect the data and a GPS unit to document plot location. This project requires regeneration stocking exam field data collection on selected planted and naturally-regenerating fire burned stands on the North Zone (Diamond Lake and North Umpqua Ranger Districts) of the Umpqua National Forest in compliance with its terms, specifications and provisions.
