This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with theformat in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. To respond to this Request for Quote, submit a 1) Written response to the evaluation criteria, 2) provide copies of your DOL-MSPA and OR-BOLI certificates and licensing, and 3) sign and return Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items.
