Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide routine maintenance and repair services to elevators as described in the Performance Work Statement (RFQ 1240BK25Q0059 pdf).
