Scope of Work: The Scope of this project requires treating the existing bat bugs. Disinfecting and removal of all contaminated insulation, droppings, ceiling tiles, above the conference room, front lobby, and east and west hallway corridors where bats have roosted. Contaminated insulation and ceiling tiles shall be removed and replaced. Project Location: All work will take place at the Detroit Ranger Station Contract Time: Estimated start work date: December 9, 2024 Performance Time: 14 days after work start Period of Performance: Award date to December 31, 2024 ORGANIZED SITE VISIT Date/Time: November 20, 2024, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Location: Detroit Ranger Station If you plan to visit the site, contact Roger Bell beforehand at 541-228-2528. You must bring your own ladder to gain access to the attic. A 10–12-foot ladder is sufficient. The ladder may be climbed, and a ceiling tile/s can be removed to gain view access to the attic/work area. The front office has tested positive for histoplasma. Please use proper safety gear while in the work area.
