This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item supply prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Subpart 13.5 and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business, the NAICS code is 336999 All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), wheeled or tracked, manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK Scope of Work: The USDA Forest Service, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests requires purchase of an OHV UTV Side by Side. Delivery no later than November 22, 2024, FOB destination. Line Item Description: See attached solicitation and specification sheet. Delivery Location: FOB Destination: High Cascades Ranger District, 47201 Hwy 62, Prospect, OR 97536. Delivery Schedule: The Government requires delivery no later than November 22, 2024. Delivery shall be made to the High Cascades Ranger District, Prospect, OR on regular working days, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contractor shall notify the Point of Contact 48 hours in advance of delivery. Packing and Packaging - Commercial: Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner to ensure acceptance by common carrier and safe delivery at destination. Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission and Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules, or Regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation.
