Scope of Contract - The work of this Contract includes all labor and materials required to replace the existing fire alarm system at the USFS Middle Fork Ranger Station. The system shall be replaced in-kind. This includes control panel, detection and control devices (smoke detectors, beam detectors, heat detectors, monitor modules, relay modules), power supplies sufficient to power notification appliances, and notification devices. The existing wiring is to remain. All work must be completed by an Oregon licensed LEA electrician and National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) level II technician. The project is located at the Middle Fork Ranger Station; 46375 OR-58, Westfir, OR 97492. Period of Performance - from 9/26/2024 to 11/25/2024. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any award.
