Synopsis: The purpose of the solicitation is to obtain services for thinning of container seedlings, and removal of unwanted vegetation from specified nursery growing areas. The goal is to maintain conditions that are free of competition for crop plants and to prevent all weed species from reseeding or vegetatively reproducing, which will be accomplished through the removal from the nursery growing areas and transporting to a designated weed composting site at the J. Herbert Stone Nursery. Location - The J. Herbert Stone Nursery is located approximately 5 miles northwest of Medford, Oregon, between Central Point and Jacksonville. Period of Performance - The contract will have a base period from 2/26/2024 to 12/31/2024, and include two optional years. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any award.
