The intent of this pr... AMENDMENT 0001 - February 12, 2024 Update: Electrical Hook up concerns and options is clarified. Quote due date is extended to February 20, 2024. Return Amendment with quotation. The intent of this project is to furnish one (1) Commercial construction code, prefabricated (i.e., park model, modular construction, or comparable) ADA compliant building of approximately 390-410 square feet of interior net space. Building shall be mounted on a suitable trailer/chassis or on pier blocks. Building shall contain a bathroom, a shower, laundry hook-ups, HVAC circulation/heat, kitchen break room, and other specifications as identified, in this document. Building shall be permanently mounted/placed on site upon delivery. Appropriate tie-downs for weather and skirting shall be included in this contract. The vendor shall be responsible for all utility connections to septic, water, and electrical, with RV style hook ups, for immediate connection and use.
