This is a request for interested contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Siuslaw National Forest for Removal and Disposal of Abandoned Vehicles. The work consists of removal and disposal of abandoned vehicles (e.g. motorized vehicles, recreational vehicles, utility trailers, watercraft, etc.) from roads and/or adjacent areas on within the Siuslaw National Forest boundaries. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, and equipment, to recover, remove and dispose of noncompliant vehicles from the Siuslaw National Forest. All responsible contractors may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. Multiple awards may be made to responsible contractors. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 488410 and the small business size standard for the $8 million average receipts over the past three years. Please note that prospective offerors MUST be registered, and active, in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to submit a quote for a Federal Government Contract. Lack of registration in SAM on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible. Period of Performance: Five years after date of award, not to exceed $250,000.00, whichever comes first.
