The Contractor’s processing plant shall be located in Roseburg, OR to allow the U.S. Forest Service provided vehicles to transport materials to National Forest System Roads within an 30-mile radius of Roseburg, OR. Description The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish and load hot asphalt pavement mix, to Forest Services provided vehicles. The vehicles are dump trucks with standard dump boxes, ranging between 12 and 16 cubic yards.
