This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-3 and hereby incorporated into this RFQ; (full text of the clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/): FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JUN 2020). The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 488410 and the small business size standard for the $8 million average receipts over the past three years. DESCRIPTION: This is a request for interested contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Willamette National Forest for Removal and Disposal of Abandoned Vehicles. The work consists of removal and disposal of abandoned vehicles (e.g. motorized vehicles, recreational vehicles, utility trailers, watercraft, etc.) from roads and/or adjacent areas on within the Willamette National Forest boundaries. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, and equipment, to recover, remove and dispose of noncompliant vehicles from the Willamette National Forest. All responsible contractors may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. Multiple awards may be made to responsible contractors. Please note that prospective offerors MUST be registered, and active, in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to submit a quote for a Federal Government Contract. Lack of registration in SAM on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible.
