This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Region 6 Road and Bridge Construction. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME. Description: The Forest Service must replace culverts that were damaged during suppression repairs on the Sandstone Fire (2024). This project consists of the replacement of two culverts on two different roads. The work will include installation of soil and erosion control measures, removal of existing culverts, excavation, placement of aggregate, installation of new culverts, and placement of culvert splash pad. The Government’s estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Place of contract performance: Mt Hood National Forest, Clackamas River Ranger District, Oregon
