Clean out existing ductwork for health and safety. There is an urgent and compelling need due to extreme temperatures in the area, recent excessive heat and upcoming freezing temperatures, to replace the HVAC systems. 2.0 Scope / Deliverables Remove existing electric furnaces and air conditioning systems (2), and legally dispose. Provide and install new electric 4-ton and 5-ton (minimum 17 SEER) modulating heat pumps and modular coils, 4-ton and 5-ton modular air handlers, and air filtration system(s), including all electrical (with any necessary connections or upgrades to the panel) and controls. Perform startup testing and adjustments. Provide O&M manual(s), including as-built drawings. According to available records, the ductwork has not been cleaned since the system improvements in 1991.
