This contract covers construction and/or reconstruction of Livestock Fencing across USDA Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Region 6, Oregon and Washington. Individual projects may include construction and/or reconstruction of livestock, range, wildlife, riparian and/or recreation fences (see Section J, Attachment 6, “Sample photos for reference purposes only”). Related work may include, but not limited to, the following: Construction of 3 or 4 strand barbed wire fence Other type of wildlife or riparian fence construction Removal/Disposal of damaged or unusable fence Clearing of fence-line Right of Way (ROW) Providing new fencing materials Fences will be built to Forest Service specifications (see Section J, Attachments 2 – 4). The contractor will be responsible for transporting all the necessary material to the project site. The contractor will be responsible for disposing of all leftover pieces of metal, flagging, other construction debris and associated garbage.In the event coordination with private landowners is necessary to access project locations, it will be identified per individual task order. INDIVIDUAL PROJECT LOCATON Region 6 Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District. Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,00.
