We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This is a competitive request under a previously issued R10 Road Construction & Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement. This project is comprised of all required labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the following work including but not limited to: Landslide debris removal, road prism reconstruction, excavation & embankment, ditch cleaning, new culvert installation, drainage structure maintenance, and rock haul.
