This is a competitive request under a previously issued R10 Road C... THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This is a competitive request under a previously issued R10 Road Construction & Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement. The intent of the contract is to install new culverts at locations staked by the COR, remove failing culverts, repair road surfaces, place rip rap, side cast slide and slough material as well as performing drainage maintenance activities. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, and perform all work required to maintain the facilities in accordance with the typical drawings and specifications as attached herein. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract.
