This project is comprised of all required labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the following work including but not limited to: reconstruction and deferred maintenance of a 5-mile section of the Primrose Trail on the Chugach National Forest (CNF). Work included is reconstruction of 5 miles of brushing and general restoration, replacement of pundheon, turnpikes, drainage structures, and repair of stream fords. The project location is approximately 13 miles south of the community of Moose Pass. All work will be accessed from the Primrose Trailhead located at the end of Primrose Spur Rd (60.34°N; 149.37°W), near mile 17 of the Seward Highway. The solicitation will be posted on or around June 20, 2024. This is a total small business set-aside.
