THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The Contractor shall paint the exterior of the Shop building to include all of the exterior siding on the walls and soffit areas, including the doors, shutters and windows. The Shop is approximately 600 square feet of that need painting, including the doors and windows. The Contractor shall pressure wash all surfaces that will be painted until clean of debris and primer all bear wood areas with an approved oil base primer. Where pealing paint is present first apply ‘Ecobond Lead Defender’ to neutralize the existing lead paint on the building per manufacturer’s specifications, then sand all the siding to a smooth finish. The Contractor shall paint all surfaces with two coats of Satin Acrylic Latex paint (Sherwin Williams Emerald or approved equal) to match existing. The Contractor shall back roll both coats of paint after each successive application. The Contractor shall paint the windows, shutters and doors with Satin finish to match existing. The Contractor shall mask any areas not being painted to prevent overspray from occurring and repaint to match any areas that have overspray. The windows and the body of the exterior of the building will be painted to match the PNW 1building
