This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on the “Region 10– Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA” This project consist of repair and replacement of the roof of the Forest Service owned 6-Plex Housing Unit and garage door replacement at the Warehouse on the Hoonah Ranger District (HRD) in Hoonah, Alaska. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, specifications, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Base bid work includes replacing the metal roof with asphalt shingles, repairing water damaged areas, and replacing fascia. Optional bid item work includes replacing the overhead garage door and tracks on the HRD Warehouse This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
