Major work items include: Clean and prepare eight (8) metal roofs for new coating systems. Apply multi-layer polyurethane coating system, Gaco U8782 and UA60, or approved equal, to eight (8) metal roofs, for a total of approximately 21,741 SF. Provide and install approximately 1,160 LF of new two-rail type snow guard systems. Provide and install approximately 726 LF of new heavy duty aluminum gutters, complete with hangers, screens, and downspouts. **SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL STATEMENT OF WORK** PROJECT LOCATION The facilities are all located in Cordova, Alaska. Most facilities are located at the intersection of Lefevre and Lakeshore Dr, just off the Copper River Hwy. The two Residences are located on a US Forest Srv Rd, just off 1st Street.
