This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Road and Bridge Construction, 1240BH23Q0001. The scope of this project is to demolish two existing Single-Log Stringer Bridges and furnishing materials and construction of a two new Single-Log Stringer Trail Bridges (a 30’ bridge at Green Lakes #1 site and a 35’ bridge at Green Lakes #2 site). Construction of the Green Lakes #1 Trail Bridge will utilize an existing onsite Hemlock that has been previously felled and peeled for Stringers and Sills. Construction of the Green Lakes #2 Trail Bridge will utilize an onsite Hemlock that the Contractor will be responsible for felling and peeling. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
