The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide repair and maintenance to the exterior envelope of Forest Service owned facilities on the Hoonah Ranger District (HRD) in Hoonah, Alaska. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, specifications, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Base bid work includes replacing deteriorated siding, preparing, and staining siding and trim on the Hoonah Red and Tan Duplexes and repair of siding on the Hoonah warehouse. Work includes painting fuel tanks and protections of adjacent improvements and vegetation. Optional bid item work includes replacing deteriorated siding, preparing, and staining siding and trim on the Blue Duplex, as well as cleaning and painting the fuel tank at the bunkhouse, minor maintenance at the Hoonah Ranger District Office, and replacing the overhead garage doors at the duplexes.
