Option Item 2 which installs two rest areas at midpoints in Ideal Cove Trail has been re-numbered as Option Item 1. See attached, 57 pages. This amendment also clarifies installation details for Double Post Sign Base (Sheet 14 of Drawings), clarifies depth of gravel pad and sign location for Saltwater Trailhead (Sheet 15 of Drawings), corrects the Government’s intent to award to best value rather than lowest price technically acceptable, and answers one question from the 11/30/2021 pre-proposal meeting regarding gravel size (see attached, 1 page).
