The estimated magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The USDA Forest Service, Alaska Region, Tongass National Forest, Wrangell Ranger District requires removal of the existing HVAC components, and subsequent replacement with a different type of system. Option items exist to also replace electrical service panels throughout the complex. Construction drawings are anticipated to be completed and approved prior to solicitation, currently estimated in mid-late April, 2021.
