Refer to the attachments for pertinent information regarding these changes. - The USDA Forest Service, Tongass National Forest, Wrangell Ranger District requires removal and replacement of facility boilers and heating systems, which are located in several different buildings. Option Items are included to replace electrical panels in the buildings. For a full description of this project, see the attached solicitation and associated documents. Due to the size of the project, it has been broken into phases; this solicitation is for Phase 1 only. The solicitation is subject to a total small business set-aside. No pre-proposal meeting is anticipated at this time, but may be set up in the future. If this occurs, an Amendment and update will be posted here with at least 1 week prior notice. All proposals and associated Bid Bonds are due by 16:00 local Alaska time on 6/25/2021. Submit all proposal documents (including Bid Bonds) electronically to: jonathan.gellings@usda.gov.
