The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services, Field Procurement Operations, Northwest Zone, is soliciting vendors for award of Blanket Purchase Agreeements (BPAs) covering trail construction and maintenance services. These activities will be performed on trails located on the National Forests within the States of Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. Work may include, but is not limited to, trail tread construction, brushing activities, rock blasting, helicopter supported-material delivery, bridge maintenance, and others as described within the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). These BPAs are set-aside for Small Businesses only, and can be used for all projects up to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for construction, and up to the limitation described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.500 for services.
