Lava Lands Pump Replacement & Well Survey
The Forest Service requires a contractor to inspect, clean, rehabilitate, and restore the potable water well serving the Lava Lands Visitor Center, which is experiencing persistent sediment that damages plumbing and reduces system reliability. The existing 20 HP pump and related equipment have surpassed typical service life and must be replaced, along with any components needed to return the system to reliable operation. The contractor must perform a video well survey, well cleaning and rehabilitation, sediment diagnosis, and pump replacement, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals unless otherwise stated. All work must be performed by a licensed water-supply well constructor in accordance with Oregon Health Authority regulations and Oregon Administrative Rules. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 237110, with a small business size standard of 45M.
