Only Pavement M... The work consists of the application of a Type I Slurry Seal coat and Type A Pavement Markings. Both the slurry seal and the markings will be applied at Goose Pasture OHV staging area. Only Pavement Markings will be applied at the South Jetty OHV staging area, with no slurry seal application. All work needs to be completed before September 1st, 2025. All work on the surfaces of existing pavement area in the lots identified in the plans shall be cleaned of loose material, dirt, and other deleterious material before placement of the seal coating and the markings. Before placing the new handicap markings at South Jetty OHV staging area, the two existing handicap markings should be removed first. Contractor shall provide and install all necessary traffic management such as temporary barricades of work areas prior to start of work on the lot to include removal of said when work is complete and applied materials have cured. A schedule of work shall be submitted for approval that will minimize time each parking lot is barricaded for work. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
