This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Northwest Facilities Maintenance 1204M320Q0041. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME. Work includes, but is not limited to: all labor, materials, and equipment required to relocate and install a repurposed single user vault toilet at the Bruckart Boat Launch. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
