Email responses and signed SF 30 to Loren Mein: loren.mein@usda.gov Description: The project consists of replacing 500’ of sidewalk curbs, repair of 6 concrete columns, and removal and replacement of 316 square feet of concrete (plus the thickness of the pour) that is under a gate between two parking lots, replace electrical heating coils embedded in the concrete and then pour new concrete with re-bar reinforcement for a complete in kind replacement around the Crescent Ranger Station Office. Location: Crescent Ranger Station, is located at Address: 136471 US-97, Crescent, OR 97733 One Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. The contract period of performance will be 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, estimated for 09/03/2024. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment Bonds (100% each) will be required of the successful awardee. Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), System for Award Management (SAM), an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation. Description: The project consists of replacing 500’ of sidewalk curbs, repair of 6 concrete columns, and removal and replacement of 316 square feet of concrete (plus the thickness of the pour) that is under a gate between two parking lots, replace electrical heating coils embedded in the concrete and then pour new concrete with re-bar reinforcement for a complete in kind replacement around the Crescent Ranger Station Office.
