W... THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Northwest Facilities Maintenance 1204M320Q0041. Work includes, but is not limited to removing existing wall-hung toilets and sinks and their appurtenances, and replacing with similar equipment on multiple restrooms throughout the Sand Lake Recreation Area on the Hebo Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest. This Contract includes both Base Items and Optional Items. The Base items includes removing and replacing ten (10) wall-hung toilets and four (4) sinks and faucets, including their appurtenances. The Optional items includes removing and replacing additional restroom fixtures. Estimated start work date is September 9, 2024. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME.
