This is a public notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). This proposed project is for work on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest, Oregon, consisting of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of 3/4 horsepower potable well pump at the Foster Bar Campground and Day Use site. The Government’s estimated magnitude of this project is under $25,000. Contract performance is estimated to begin 1 October 2024 and contract shall be completed within 45 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation may be requested by contacting the point of contact listed below. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of a contract resulting from the solicitation. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system. If at the time of receipt of offers, on Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Offeror will not be considered for award.
