This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request under: BPA R6 Road and Bridge Construction 1240BH23Q0001. The project consists of repairs to the decaying caps on the Fopian Bridge on the Malheur National Forest. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
