THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME. Work includes, but is not limited to: Base Item 1 - Cabin. The cabin roof structure currently has one layer of cedar shake shingles over solid sheathing. The cedar shakes are to be removed. Any damaged roof substrate will be brought back into compliance with applicable codes and regulations prior to application of new roofing. Contractor to install a standing seam (mechanical seam), concealed fastener, 24-gauge steel roofing. Roofing to be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Base Item 2 - Garage. The standalone garage has one layer of cedar shake shingles over skip sheathing. The cedar shakes are to be removed. Any damaged roof substrate will be brought back into compliance with applicable codes and regulations prior to application of new roofing. Contractor to install a standing seam (mechanical seam), concealed fastener, 24-gauge steel roofing. Roofing to be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Northwest Facilities Maintenance 1204M320Q0041.
