This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase aggreement call request under BPA NW Facilities Maintenance and Construction 1204M320Q0041.The project consists of replacing 200’ of sidewalk curbs, repair of 5 concrete columns, and removal and replacement of 40 square feet of concrete that is under a gate between two parking lots, replace electrical heating coils embedded in the concrete and then pour new concrete with re-bar reinforcement for a complete in kind replacement around the Crescent Ranger Station Office. Location: Crescent Ranger Station, is located at Address: 136471 US-97, Crescent, OR 97733 This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
