This proposed solicitation is intended for the demolition of Aquatherm distribution waterline and replacement with copper pipe throughout Timberline Lodge, Zig Zag Ranger District, Mt Hood National Forest. The Government estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, and the solicitation will be totally set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238220. Anticipated period of performance is 6 months, estimated to begin September 2023. Solicitation will be available for download from sam.gov no earlier than 05/26/2023. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base when submitting a quote and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of a contract resulting from this solicitation. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system. If at the time of receipt of quotes, a Contractor is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Contractor will not be considered for award.
