This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA NW Facilities Maintenance and Construction 1204M320Q0041. Work includes but not limited to the renovation of existing shower room; The work involves the renovation of a shower room. The Contractor will be removing the current shower system, removing the middle non load bearing wall, closing off one of the two doors to create three individual showers. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
