This project includes furnishing and installing culverts, roadway drainage maintenance, end haul, roadway reconditioning, filling in a scoured-out ditch line, and general excavation. The option item work includes additional excavation and ditching work as well as furnishing and installing additional 24’’ corrugated plastic pipe. The option item work also includes 11.41 miles of windthrow and winter storm cleanup which requires the contractor to remove vegetation consisting mainly of alder trees, from the roadbed to gain necessary access to work sites. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Road Maintenance and Construction 1240BH23Q0002. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME.
