Please see attached. The purpose of this project is to provide electrical system upgrades to the Zigzag Residence Building #1086, Barlow Ranger Station, and Zigzag History House. Work includes but is not limited to the acquisition, transport, and installation of new HVAC units, as well as any required electrical upgrades to accommodate the new units. Contractor will also be responsible for the disposal of old HVAC units. All removed HVAC systems will be replaced with an in-kind unit pending approval from the CO and Forest Service. Base Item – Zigzag Residence #1086 Remove and replace the existing furnace unit. Remove the existing filter box and tie it into the existing duct system. Option Item (1001) – Barlow Ranger Station Remove the existing HVAC unit (labeled as HP-5 on the attachment 2) and replace with a new unit that matches the requirements in specifications. Option Item (2001) – Zigzag History House Remove and replace the existing furnace unit. Remove the existing filter box and tie it into the existing duct system.
