This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA NW Facilities Maintenance and Construction 1204M320Q0041. Work includes but not limited to the demolition of existing entrance wall and roof structure, installation of new steel door, new roof structure, and all associated electrical work for both building expansion and disinfection system. All new electrical equipment is to be fed from existing control panel. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
