This proposed solicitation includes all labor and materials required to construct one new domestic water well to supply Breitenbush Campground on the Detroit Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest. Contractor shall drill and seal well casing. Pump and piping will be installed as part of a future contract and is not included in this contract. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000, and the solicitation will be totally set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 237110. Anticipated period of performance is 60 days, estimated to begin September 5, 2023. Solicitation will be available for download from sam.gov on or around 06/22/2023. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base when submitting a quote and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of a contract resulting from this solicitation. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system. If at the time of receipt of quotes, a Contractor is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Contractor will not be considered for award.
