This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request under BPA NW Facilities Maintenance and Construction 1204M320Q0041. This project consists of reconstructing the Lofton Fishing Pier. Work includes constructing access, driving piles, repairing scour, replacing riprap, removing asphalt, timber framing for pier, decking and railing. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.
