This project involves the decommissioning of an existing wastewater sewer lagoon, installing a new septic tank, and installing a new drain field. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, superintendence, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Allison Guard Station is located 33 miles from Paulina, Oregon (or 48.5 miles from the Emigrant Creek Ranger Station office in Hines, Oregon) off the NF-41 Road and Whistle Creek Road within the boundaries of the Malheur National Forest (Harney County, Oregon). The selection process, and evaluation criteria to be addressed, will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download exclusively via https://www.sam.gov on or about 07/28/2022. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government’s best interest. One Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. The contract period of performance will be as follows: all work to be completed by 10/31/2022. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All offerors will be required to provide a Bid Bond (20%) with their proposal submission. Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) will be required of the successful awardee. Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), System for Award Management (SAM), an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation.
