The USDA Forest Service intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the removal of fire damaged guardrail systems, installing guardrail sections and terminals. The project is located within the Paisley Ranger District, Fremont Winema National Forest (Lake County, Oregon). Project location is the: From Paisley, OR travel West on County Road 2-08 (Mill St.), which turns into Forest Service Road 33, for 1.0 mile. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 3315. Travel 3.19 miles on Forest Service Road 3315 to the beginning of project. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A Payment Bond (100%) will be required of awardee for an award between $35,000 and $150,000. The solicitation will be available for download exclusively via https://sam.gov or about 07/02/2021. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), System for Award Management (SAM), an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation.
