Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. The Government’s estimated magnitude of this project under $25,000. Work for the existing utilities shall be complete by 30 April 2021 and for the new utilities work shall be complete by 31 July 2021.
