This is a non-personal services contract for janitorial services at the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Wapato Worksite in Wapato, Washington. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to keep the facilities clean, safe, and sanitary. Services include general cleaning, disinfection, restocking, waste removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and periodic floor maintenance for identified areas and restrooms. The contractor will coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative, and the Government may add or remove building areas through written contract modification. The contractor must also obtain and maintain all required licenses and permits.
