Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment 04 - OFSL Asbestos Abatement Report, reschedule the site visit and extend the responses due date. It was noted that the Olympia Forestry Sciences Laboratory (OFSL) asbestos Abatement Report was inadvertently omitted from this requirement. This amendment incorporates that document as Attachment 04 - OFSL Asbestos Abatement Report. As a result of that omission, the site visit date has been changed from September 4, 2025 at 1000 PT to September 11, 2025 at 1000 PT.
